•Digital Participation can help achieve all of the Scottish Government’s strategic objectives
•Lots of good work going on – requires joining up to be greater than the sum of its parts
•The societal costs of doing nothing are greater than the investment required at this point in time
•Digital skills should be considered the ‘3rd Literacy’ alongside reading and writing
