digital material preparation course for tesol
DESCRIPTION
In early 2010, three TESL educators facilitated a course via the Internet on behalf of the TESOL organization. The course was also developed on a voluntary basis over a two-month period prior to the course roll out. Over 200 ESL teachers and developers registered for this course from all regions of the globe. In the end, only ten percent of the registrants completed the six-week course. The course is now available online for anyone interested to use it as a help file or as complete course at his or her own pace. As a result of this experience we have decided to offer a more focused program. It is offered online, this winter, targeting the creation of effective and motivating vocabulary activities for ESL/EFL teaching.TRANSCRIPT
