digital fraud: facing the challenges - philippines...
TRANSCRIPT
E-commerce, mobile and alternative payments are all influencing the rapidly changing payments landscape. Retailers are using multi-channel strategies to engage customers. Payment providers seek to offer easy acceptance and faster processing. Regulators are looking to level the playing field and protect consumers. The payments chain has multiple stakeholders, banks, retailers and merchants, processors, mobile networks, payments schemes and customers.
This year’s conference will look at the laws on fraud that we have today and what fraud schemes we expect to arise in the next few years. What new trends are emerging, what tools and techniques, best practice and new ideas we may learn from to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our fraud prevention programs.
We will be guided by a panel of expert resource speakers to help us understand this complex world and how to manage transactional risks, processing challenges and protect assets is essential to being able to prevent fraud. Listen and draw their insights to provoke and challenge our thoughts and help us reassess our fraud response plan during an extensive two days of strategic learning.
