Each fall we will dedicate our Impact Wednesdays to “equipping the saints” so we are prepared to face the world in which we live with knowledge and confidence. So often we find ourselves (as Christians) in situations where we might feel unprepared or not sure how to answer someone who may ask, “How do you really know that the Bible is true?” Or, “can you tell me how I can know Jesus as my Lord and Savior?”

Prayerfully, at the end of this fall semester, you will have a greater understanding how you can be “salt and light” in the world you live in. Enjoy the journey.

HOW TO STUDY GOD’S WORD Rm. 7 SGB Led by: Andrew Wilkerson You will learn how to: - Cross Reference - The use of Commentaries - Context - How to develop a consistent Study Plan

HOW TO SHARE YOUR FAITH Rm. 10 SGB Led by: Randy Watts You will learn: - Develop your own Testimony - Scripture verses to memorize - A Conversational Path - Understanding your role in the Process

WHAT DO OTHERS BELIEVE? Rm. 11 SGB Led by: David Platt Radical Series - Mormonism - Jehovah’s Witnesses - Catholicism - The Prosperity Gospel - Theological Liberalism

HOW TO ANSWER TOUGH QUESTIONS Rm. 15 SGB Led by: Brett Koger As Christians we are commanded to “always be ready to give an answer” for our faith. This class will teach the logical progression of evidence that will demonstrate that the Bible is true. We will cover questions like, Does truth exist?, Does God exist? Are Miracles possible, Is the New Testament true? These are Tools for the toolbox.

HOW THE TRACK’S WORK?

We have 3 different tracks for you to choose from. Tracks 1 and 2 are interchangeable because they are all 6 weeks in length and will be taught twice over the 12 week Semester. That means you can take a class out of “Disciplines of our Faith” the first 6 weeks and then take a class out of “Defending our Faith” the second 6 weeks. Your choice.

1. All the classes will be in ONE place, our Small Groups building located right behind the Worship Center.

2. Classes run from 6:15 - 7:30 pm

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEALS

All Wednesday night meals will be in the gathering area of the Small Groups Building starting at 5:30 pm. See the Meal Flyer for details of the Menu and all meals are $5 ea.
