INTRODUCTION Organizational structure plays a significant role for
accomplishing the several kinds of goals and objectives of the organization in an effective manner.
The organizational structure mainly includes different factors of the organization such as internal and external environment, leadership style and the culture of the organization.
The organizational culture of the organization includes different factors such as attitudes, values and shared beliefs of the organization that influences upon the performance of an organization.
The organizational culture helps to maintain different types of internal rituals of the organization.
