Capability Information Diesel Tech Solutions Pty Ltd (DTS) is a specialist equipment maintenance and services provider supplying quality diesel fitting maintenance services to key industry sectors of road transport, mining and construction throughout the North Queensland Region. We are a privately owned company based in Townsville, Queensland. The company’s key focus is on developing long term relationships with clients through the delivery of quality projects and an adaptable attitude and culture. Through partnering with key supply stakeholders, we are able to deliver projects on time, within budget and to any nationally recognised standards. The company’s remote mobile logistics support includes fully a self-contained camp, vehicles, labour in all areas of construction, plant and equipment and transport logistics. We have fully equipped mobile field service vehicles that can travel to any breakdowns and/or on-site repairs and maintenance services.

With more than 15 years ’ experience working with heavy vehicle and earth moving equipment services, repairs and maintenance, Lawrence brings solutions to the workplace. Lawrence is responsible for day to day operations of DTS and is heavily involved in Business Development thanks to his easy going nature and vibrant personality. Michael Gardner is qualified to complete all business and community relations services as she has the following certificates:

• Certificate III in Business Administration • Certificate IV in Community Service

She has worked in various administrative positions in Local Government, Health Service, Education and private enterprises. Training and Skills

• DTS has a commitment to staff training and up-skilling. • Staff are highly talented and multi skilled from administration to the workshop

Giving Back

Diesel Tech Solutions have a not-for-profit community arm, called red Dust Healing.

This program is dedicated to Indigenous health and closing the gap. When you choose to work with Diesel Tech Solutions, not only are you choosing a qualified, proven Indigenous contractor, but a portion of our profits go back into red Dust Healing.

Red Dust Healing is a self-evaluating awareness and cultural healing program derived from an ancient aboriginal perspective that helps individuals deal with the hurt, anger, grief, loss and issues in their lives.

Our health and capacity building programs are operated in the regional Queensland communities we live and work in, from the Bowen Basin to far north Queensland. Over eight and a half thousand people have taken part in the red Dust Healing program nationwide.
