The driver voluntarily visits one of theDIDb registration offices, hands overpersonal documents for identificationand also submits a certificate of goodconduct (not older than 3 months).Process:

1. Driver arrives for loading at the premises of DIDb user, puts his DIDb card on the DIDb card reader and enters his personal PIN code for identification
