post-traumatic stress
disorder (PTSD) and
the return to civilian
life as experienced by Captain Montalván. Veterans
are especially encouraged to attend this amazing pro-
gram. His books will be available for signing and
purchase. This program is sponsored by Edwards

Mountain-Kingsford Kiwanis Club.

Mission Statement - Dickinson County Library
The Dickinson County Library provides materials and ser-
vices to help residents of the county obtain the information
needed to achieve their personal, educational and professional
goals. The library will serve as an access point for patrons to
obtain interlibrary loan materials. Emphasis is placed on
providing materials and services that stimulate an interest in
reading and learning among children. Our goal is to provide
these services at a reasonable cost.

County Library staff picked several young adult books to compete against each other. The top
