Step 1Loosen “Cone” & nut by wrench key15mm & 17mm.

Step 2Loosen “Cone” & axle by wrench key15mm & 17mm.

Step 3Screw out & remove nut and washers.

Step 4Screw out & remove cone.

Step 5Remove axle.

Step 6Remove steel “Dust Cup”.

Step 7Remove all ball from hub.

Step 8Remove seal from cassette body.

Step 9Remove all ball from cassette body.

Step 10Insert 12mm allen key into “Fixed Bolt” locatedinside hub shell.

Step 11Support the wheel on a stable surface & loosenthe fixed bolt which secures the cassette bodyto the hub shell.

Step 12Screw out cassette body by turning wheel.
