Therapy creates a safe container within which people can go deeply inside

themselves to discover aspects of their character that impede healthy expression of their true selves.

My clinical orientation uses an engaging psychodynamic approach that

involves both verbal analysis and somatic bodywork. The character analytic portion involves close analysis of your character, including your unique defensive structure which overlays and protects your true self. The biophysical aspect involves working with the breath, specific expressive exercises, and direct intervention into the muscular armoring, which often produces results more rapidly than traditional talk therapies.

I integrate principles from Masterson’s Attachment theory and Disorders of the Self, and draw from the Archetypal work of Carl Jung in accessing teachings from the unconscious through dreams and drawing.

Through this work, you will: •% Alleviate debilitating symptoms•% Discover and express a more authentic % self•% Develop the deep awareness and % insight you need in order to make % important and healthy changes now

The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Carl Jung

MY THERAPEUTIC WORK ASSISTS IN MANY AREAS, INCLUDING:

$ Women’s initiation into a hopeful and empowered future is aided by the transcendent function of group process. % Accessing guidance through creativity and ritual deepens our connection to the wisdom of our ancestors, enhances authentic trust and empowers archetypal instinct. % This sacred process increases our understanding of the meaning and potential of aging.
