CONFERENCE DECLARATION I am born to fulfill God’s purpose
and not my private ambition!
I am designed for global impact, and not to become a local champion!
I am packaged for excellence and not mediocrity!
OBJECTIVE
Generation of global references/pathfinders/leaders in business, career and ministry.
REFERENCE: Gen 1:26-28 (KJV)
26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
TRUTHS ABOUT CREATIVITY1. Man was designed with inherent creative
powers. (Gen.1:26).
2. Man’s leadership mandate is only possible on the platform of creativity. (Gen.2:15).
3. Personal, business, organizational, national and global transformation is tied to creativity. (Gen.2:20-23).
TRUTHS ABOUT CREATIVITY4. Man’s creative exploration will be limited with
his disconnection from his source. (God called creatures from their respective sources) Job 32:8.
5. Creativity is a function of the mind. Your spirit only takes off the human limit. Ps.119:96.
6. Creativity is a lifetime responsibility. No man and not even God will be creative for you. It is your responsibility!

brand. Adding-value to pre-existing ideas, brands, products etc.

Decision-making/planning (Lk.14:28-30, Prodigal son).
CREATIVITY: DIMENSIONS Innovation: Generating ideas to find newer,
better, faster and cheaper or easier ways to accomplish a result, you are functioning at your highest level of creativity. [Isaac (irrigation farming), Noah (Boat), Jacob (genetics), Joseph (economics/administration)].
Identification of opportunities: the greatest opportunities are opportunities in disguise. SWOT ANALYSIS.
MOST VALUABLE OPPORTUNITIES
1. People (Jesus) Lk.4:24-26.

MYTHS/LIES ABOUT CREATIVITY1. Only few are genius: everyone is a potential
genius. You and me are smarter than we can ever can imagine. You have more raw brain power and creative ability than you have ever used. (Not even dependent on race, tribe, religion, location).
The human brain has100 billion cells, each of which is connected to as many as 20,000 million cells by a complex network of neurons and dendrites. In other words, your ability to develop new ideas to help you succeed is infinite and unlimited.
MYTHS/LIES ABOUT CREATIVITY2. Failure-experiences does not signify
failure as a personality: failure could either be an ‘event’ or a ‘personality’. It is a choice! God does not use people without failure experiences. Christians are always to fail (…righteous man falls 7 times…)
Fear of failure is failure in disguise.
MYTHS/LIES ABOUT CREATIVITY3. Creative people are lucky; it’s a choice:
there is no ‘favorite’ or ‘lucky’ person in existence.
MYTHS/LIES ABOUT CREATIVITY4. Creativity is not race-dependent,
location-dependent, career-dependent, or otherwise: it is a function of our creation. ‘and God said it was good’. Everything He ever created was created with creative powers.
