Foot problems related to diabetes contribute significantly to the tribulations of older people with Type II diabetes. Dry Your Feet After Showers

Increased moisture

between your toes can

lead to the skin breakage.

Don’t Use a Heating Pad on Your Feet

Because of diabetics

reduced foot sensation,

you may not even notice

the healing pad causing

burns on your feet.

Avoid high fashion shoes.

Don’t use medicated corn pads or any medicated pads from the local drug store. These medicated pads may cause a chemical burn on the surrounding skin.

If you have decreased blood supply, make sure you seek help of podiatrist to trim your toenails.
