Dear Sir,I am very disappointed to write to you in the reference of Gas Agency allotted by DGR to my mother as a case of War widow. My father is died in War and in that case DGR allotted a Indian Oil Gas agency in Mdhubani District of Bihar, in 1981. But at that time I am a child and even my mother is in pain & sorrow and her are in capable of running of the Gas Agency at that point of time. Right now I can handle this thing and trying to open the Gas Agency in the name of my Mother, But Officials in Indian Oil Limited is not giving proper response to me in this regard and even they are questioning the validity of this letter at this point of time. Sir, our family is very disappointed by the with the act of non-co- operating nature of Indian Oil officials and challenging the validity of the letter issued by DGR.

My father died in line of duty and when the letter is issued to my mother, there is no date is mentioned in letter as per which we have to open the Gas Agency within that specified time period. Now we are in shock is it for my father have died for to see all these nuisance and trouble causing by Indian Oil officials . In the end I want to
