iii) Mabiculation/High School/Sr. Secondary/12ft dass certificate & Mark sheet.ir) Caste Certificate tor K.IST/OBC candidates issued by competent authority. Further,

v) Candidates serving in Central/State Government/ Public Sector Undertaking includingPublic Sector Banks/Autonomous Bodies etc. are required to produce a "No ObjectionCertificate" from their employer in original failing which shall render the candidature ofthe candidate as cancelled.

vi) Discharge slip/NOC for Ex-Servicemen from the Competent Authority indicating the

number of years of service in Defence Service. For this purpose, please refer to Note (iv),

(r), (rrr) & (vii) of Para-S of the detailed Advertisement No. 11/2018.vii) Disability certificate in prescribed form issued by Competent Authorlty in respect of

Physically Handicapped Category. For this purpose, please refer to Note (iii) of Para-S ofthe detailed Advertisement No. 11/2018.

viii) Please bring Original certificates with regard to his / her Educational Qualificationsand Technical Qualifications awarded from recognized Institut{ University alongwith one set of photocopies duly self-attested. If any University has awarded grades

in school of marks, then applicant should provide percentage conversion formulafrom the Institute in original.

ix) Only those candidates who will be meeting the minimum educational eligibility criteriaas per aforesaid advertisement wjll be allowed to appear for document

verification/ medical examinati,on.x) No additional time wi1l be given and the candidature for not producing their original

Certificates/testimonials on the date of verification is liable to be cancelled.

(B) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES -

(a) DFCCIL will not entertain any request for change of date and time schedule of document

verification/ medical examination.

(b) No travelling Allowance will be paid, to the candidates for attending the documentverification/medical examination. flowever, out stationed SC/ST candidates foundeligible will be paid second class sleeper railbus far.e by shortest route from RailwayStatiod Bus Station nearest to their home/place of residence or from where they shouldactually perform the journey to the place of document verification and back to the same

station provided the first 30 km. for both ways are borne by the candidateshimselflherself. However, reimbursement will be restricted to the fare in respect of the

balance distance only, which should be exceeding 30 kn. both for onward and return

Journey. For reimbursement, candidates should furnish their details as Per enclosed

Annexure.

(.) Your candidature is "purely provisional" su$ect to subsequent verification of originaldocuments and also fulfilling the eligibility conditions as advertised.

(d) The candidates are advised to make necessary arrangements for his/her travel/stay wellin advancg so as to reach the specified venue on time.

(e) The candidate shall ascertain themselves before proceeding for documentverification/medical exarnination that th"y are meeting all the eligibilitycriteria/conditions as stipulated in the advertisement. Candidates, who do not satisfy theeligibility conditions, will be liable to be disqualified at any stage of recruitnent/selection.

DFCCIL reserves the right of postponing or deferring the date(s) of documentverification/medical exarrrination for which necessary intimation will be sent to you. Inthis case, no claims will be entertained against cancellation charges of ticket or otherwise.Also, a candidate who has been called for document verification on a particular date mayhave to overstay for which he/ she should make arrangements at hislher owrr expenses.

DFCCIL shall be free to reject any application at any stage of the recruitrnent process, ifthe candidate is found ineligible for the respective post The decision of DFCCIL in allmatters regarding eligibility of the candidates at all stages of selection and any othermatter relating to recruibnent shall be final. No correspondence or enquiries shall beentertained by DFCCIL, in this behalf.

Issuance of this call letter for document verification is purely provisional and WILL NOTconfer any right on the candidate for final appointnent.

You will be required to undergo Medical Examination and wiII be considered forappointnent only if you are found medically fit in the category earmarked for that posf inaddition to other criteria.

Canvassing i, ary form by or on behalf of a candidate will be disqualification to the statedpost.

DFCCIL at its discretion reserves the right to postponef cancel the document verification.
