Starting November 2009, A trainer for costing member in Shyang Wei group to increase skill of costing member in SHW group. 2. Special Project Adidas “ADICOLOR” I have been costing leader from factory side for special project Adicolor at 2005. Adicolor is adidas project for limited edition, the lead time very short from develop until production.
Adicolor have 7 levels shoes and 7 articles per level and for level 1 adidas produce 1,000 pairs per articles, and level 2 produce 5,000 pairs and increase level increase produce.
