REGISTRATION FEEThis includes attendance at the conference, Conference documentation, lunch and coffee breaks on both days and attendance at social functions. Full payment must be received before the conference in order to guarantee entry. Registration fee made in US Dollars or Euros will be subject to the Central Bank exchange plus 5%.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGEThe conference languages will be English and Russian. Simultaneous translation will be provided.

VISASDelegates requiring visas should apply for a TOURIST VISA only. Visa support letters can be obtained from your hotel. PLEASE ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME.

CONFERENCE DOCUMENTATIONIf you are unable to attend the conference in person, you can purchase the Conference Proceedings. This includes access to all the papers and presentations, which can be downloaded from the web site. The conference Proceedings are available at a cost of GBP 400.

CANCELLATIONSCancellations made before 30 April 2018 will be refunded in full less an administrative charge of GBP 200. We regret that cancellations made after this date cannot be refunded or credited.
