2. Mera Gaon Meri Bagiya Parks provide essential environmental, aesthetic, and recreation benefits to our cities People in our villages are deprived of green spaces for recreation. The District Administration of Jhajjar has developed 249 parks in all the villages of the District through its new scheme - Mera Gaon Meri Bagiya. Levelling, turfing, concrete tracks for walks, swings for children and benches for the old have been made by dovetailing NREGS and G.P. funds. 3. Accessible and safe - Weve developed and maintained a standard design with low boundary walls and concrete walkways 4. Park at Gudha village 5. Prayas Launched by the District Administration in 2012 as a Shramdan movement Paving and construction of Shmashan Ghats (cremation grounds) in 250 villages of the District. Earth filling was done by volunteers, school, college students and MNREGA Workers. 1.25 lakh people worked under this scheme. Women and children came forward for this work for the first time. System of Integrated Monitoring of these Schemes at the District Level The district development programmes are monitored round the clock through the district control room. Meet related to the 20-point programme is conducted every month. Meetings are being held by the Deputy Commissioner with each Head of the Office in the District separately likely:- Workshop on Convergence of MGNREGA, regarding ATMA Scheme, MDM, District Child Welfare Council/ Red Cross Society and HRHM/RSBY, training regarding elections and various issues pertaining to women and child development etc. Control room and field visits. There is a nodal officer for every village in place. 17. Doing away with duplication A single Proforma can be prepared with complete information about each resident of a village, so that required information can be extracted by the department as per its requirement. This will preclude the need for repetitive surveys that are a strain on Government resource. 18. On the 5th day of each month, a detailed village data base is updated. This includes - irrigation, agriculture, health, transport education, PDS and drinking water, 19. Our target is to enroll 100% AADHAR beneficiaries by 15th October 2013 Each scheme like NFSO, MNREGA, PAY, IAY, SC/ST Houses, Old Age Pension, PMS etc. will be integrated with AADHAR. This will do away with the problem of duplicacy, and enable the modernisation of revenue records 20. ) 21. CFC fact profile CFC is an innovative scheme initiated by District Administration, Jhajjar that brings Government services to the doorstep of the common citizen. CFC will be a network of IT-enabled centres in all villages across District Jhajjar. An example of Public Private Partnership(PPP) - the entire investment made by CFC Owners Till now 26 CFCs have been made operational. Over 10,000 G2C transactions have been made so far. 22. No funds spent by the District I.T. Society CFC owners installed their infrastructure guided by D.I.T.S Jhajjar under the PMRY. There is a nominal charge for provision of services. Sharing of service charge is 60% by the CFC owner, 30% by the service provider and 10% by the D.I.T.S Jhajjar. 24. This can be implemented under NREGA and its intent will be in consonance with the objectives of the Act. 30. Thank You
