The I st meeting of Project Monitoring and Advisory Committee (PMAC) for Implementation of Scheme" Support Entrepreneurial and Managerial Development of MSMEs through Incubators" Under CLCS- TUS" was held under the Chairmanship of Special Secretary and Development Commissioner, 0/0 DC (MSME) on 25.10.2019 at Bal Sahyog, ew Delhi.

The list of Members and participants present in 1 st Meeting of PMAC is at Annexure-A.

Shri R Panneerselvam, Principal Director, PPDC Agra welcomed the Chairman & SS & DC (MSME) of the committee along with other members of the committee. The Chairman and members agreed upon the following:

Institute which set up Business Incubator and provides the infrastructural and technical facilities for nurturing of new innovative ideas is called Host Institutes (HI).

All the Host Institutes (His) were apprised about Public Financial Management System (PFMS) and Expenditure Advance Transfer Module (EAT Module) for release of any Government Funding and it was informed that each agency is to get itself registered on PFMS & EA T Module for getting Government funding under the scheme. Also each agency should operate separate Bank Alc for Incubation scheme and same name of the agency should be mentioned everywhere.

Thereafter the Agenda items were discussed one by one and decisions were taken:

Committee has granted Ex-post facto approval for Rs 28.00 lakh under OAE budget head allocated for 40 os. awareness programme on Entrepreneurial And Managerial Development of MSMEs Through Incubators Scheme @ 0.70 lakh per Programme to 30 MSME Development Institute During FY 2019-20 as per Annexure (i).
