held across all year groups to promote this week.

Health, Happiness and Wellbeing Enrichment Day

Year 8 were taken off timetable for the day and instead experienced a number of workshops which were orientated around the theme of Health, Happiness and Wellbeing.

A selection of the workshops included:

• Fitness and Wellbeing

• Basic Human Needs

• Food Hygiene and Sustainability

• Eat Right For Life

• Self Esteem and Wellbeing

We also had a guest presenter Rob Wixs: Scintillate from The Sustainability Road Show who delivered one of the sessions.

Year 8 were set the challenge of creating a healthy school menu which was then served to them in the school canteen on the Health, Happiness and Wellbeing Enrichment Day.
