Complete profile of immigrants outside of Sarnia
Create connections and partnerships
Investigate program models for rural outreach
Facilitate the development of or support existing outreach programming

Findings: Current service provision is limited
Supports arise on ad hoc basis and are volunteer driven
Majority of supports focused on migrant worker population
Rural communities are welcoming of immigrants (and open to strategies to attract them)
