EXHIBIT HOURS

Page 5: Developing New Markets: Solar Leads the Energy Transition

We are delighted you are joining us for COSEIA’s annual conference and hope it will be enriching both professionally and personally.

We chose this year’s theme: Developing New Markets: Solar Leads the Energy Transition to reflect the critical transition our nation faces as solar energy moves firmly into the mainstream of our energy supply, and promises to continue to grow dramatically. We are pleased with the five-year extension of the Investment Tax Credit, but face challenges from the stalled Clean Power Plan to the increasing number of states seeking to impose new burdens on the solar industry.

The nations of the world made a dramatic commitment in Paris to combat climate change by lowering emissions, and now we need to work for corresponding policies to transition quickly to clean energy in our own backyard.

You’ll hear us talk about a newly named nonprofit, Transitioning Colorado Energy, throughout the conference. We support this organization as a way to educate citizens and formulate policies on the transitions we believe are critical, and will ask you to support TCE as well. We are working with our engaged citizen partners, Solar CitiSuns, to make sure the public is involved in decisions about our energy future. We want to make sure the Public is engaged at the Public Utilities Commission as several major dockets impacting our industry make their way through the regulatory process this year in Colorado.

We hope to emerge from this conference galvanized to help our industry lead the energy transition in policy, business practices and technology. These are some of

the sessions that we hope will help you play an active role in the energy transition:

• Our opening plenary features prominent solar leaders from diverse companies who will map the future they are trying to build and explore how they see the challenges ahead.

• Two panels Tuesday afternoon explore policy: one focusing on near term Colorado issues and the second looking at longer term climate policy.

• Technology panels Tuesday will probe ways to bring down costs and make progress in building a smarter grid.

• Wednesday’s plenary will bring together prominent Colorado utility leaders with solar veterans to investigate

the dynamic relationship between utilities and the solar industry.

• We’ll explore issues of equity and creative finance throughout the day Wednesday.

Please spend plenty of time in our exhibit hall talking with representatives of companies who have packed the expo with the latest products and services to enhance your bottom line. And enjoy the many opportunities for professional networking to build new contacts and renew old friendships.

Thanks to our sponsors, exhibitors and to all of you for coming.

Let us know if we can do anything to make your conference more rewarding!
