Practical Exercise:
Working in groups – participants were
divided into groups
Had a task to search for data in GeoStat
database and analyse it (e.g. population,
education, employment and etc.)

Developed a new edition of “Women and Men in Georgia 2018” (covering the years 2016-2017 and reflecting SDG gender indicators).
“Women and Men in Georgia 2018” is the 10th statistical publication dedicated to gender equality challenges.
Under tables and graphs are indicated relevant SDG indicators.
The new edition includes a number of new Indicators on Asset Ownership and Entrepreneurship and on Violence against Women.

Improved visualization & presentation of gender statistics on theGEOSTAT webpage. Gender web-portal has been uploaded to theGeostat webpage. All data related to gender statistics have beenuploaded to the portal. Website is very useful for users.
