- The Dynamics of Communication and rapport - Essentials of successful communication skills - Benefits of effective communication skills - Types and methods of communication - Action plan and reflection - Cycle of communication - Communication barriers and solutions - Cultural difference and communication - Networking and pitching - Presentation skills and techniques - Communication action plan tool kit

Methods:

- Interactive lecturing, PowerPoint presentations and short videos - Group works, assignments, case studies - Quizzes and other class activities

Competences and skills to be acquired: By the end of the project students will be able to:

- set clear communication objectives - acquire and use effective communication skills - listen carefully to build rapport - use voice effectively and persuade efficiently - use questioning techniques to aid understanding - generate confidence through body language and overcome communication problems - communicate effectively in a multicultural environment - network and pitch successfully - form strong relationships through powerful communication skills - prepare and deliver presentations effectively
