9 September 2006 established CTL Driver Development Institute cooperate with King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi for developing the driver training course.

1 October 2007

renamed as SCGL Driver Development Institute according to develop the company brand under SCG brand.

15 December 2010 SCG Management Committee approved SCG Distribution to established SCG Skills Development Co., Ltd. In order to conduct the training course to develop staff’s skills for business partner.

30 December 2011 Established Taksapipat School as non-formal education private school certified by Ministry of Education.

National Skills Standard for Truck Driver

3 delegates from SCG Skills and SCG Logistics have been appointed as Chairman, Sub-Committee and Secretary of National Skills Standard Committee by Ministry of Labor. The aim is to carry out the national skills standard for truck driver. Currently we are working in cooperate with the office of National Skills Standard Department, Ministry of Labor to design and settle the standard.

Safety Driving Program for National Institute for Emergency Medicine

Skills Development School and NIEM have launched the safety driving program for ambulance driver nationwide aim to educate and develop their defensive driving skills in order to apply to their daily job for safety.


On July 8, 2015Skills Development School and Suankularb School hold the safety driving course for 20 school bus drivers. The objective is to provide knowledge and skills of defensive driving for them and stimulate them to alert and realize the road accident.
