§  15 years of ecommerce: what have we learned? §  This is a dynamic challenge – fraudsters keep

adapting – gaming policies, working around filters – the response must be dynamic too

§  ecommerce is a hybrid market of local and international products and rights - platforms have to set policies beyond local law

§  Platform cooperation with law enforcement needs coordination with rights holders
