Adrian KlaverDabo is a Python based desktop application framework. The talk will demonstrate creating a simple application using the three tiers (database, business objects, ui) of the framework. - "Prerequisites are: Python 2.4 or higher (2.5 recommended),wxPython 2.8 or higher. Also, MySQLdb (for MySQL), kinterbasdb (Firebird), pysqlite (SQLite), pymssql (Microsoft SQL Server) or psycopg (PostgreSQL) is required for the database-releated demos to work. Also, if you're usingPython 2.4, you'll need pysqlite and SQLite no matter what backenddatabase you choose, as it is used internally by Dabo (it's included in Python 2.5 or later)."
