Detour:Repairs to Driveway at the Plano NTTA TollTag Store

Who: North Texas Tollway Authority
What: The contractor for NTTA’s Infrastucture Department will make deck repairs on the Gleneagles bridge deck, located near the NTTA headquarters’ reception area and Customer Service Center. The repairs will consist of removing and replacing old concrete on the bridge decks.
While the repairs take place, the eastbound driveway entrance and the eastbound right lane of Plano Parkway near the NTTA complex will be closed. Customers and NTTA and HNTB Corporation employees should use the west entrance to enter and exit the Gleneagles complex. Customers will then follow portable message boards leading them to the Customer Service Center.
Parking for customers will be in front of the Customer Service Center TollTag store while employees will park in regular parking.
When: The project will start Saturday morning, Jan. 24, with work wrapping up at 5 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, weather permitting.

Why: In NTTA’s continuing efforts to improve our facilities, the maintenance work is needed to improve the condition of the bridge. The overall condition of the bridge is safe.
