How can MA program shape the current you?

“I joined the Management Associate Program in 2013 and I still meet challenges and opportunities everyday. I have worked in several core business units and have also been involved in special projects during the program. The rotation design of the program provides you opportunities to try out different aspects of your personality and explore the most suitable place to develop your profession. Apart from regular rotations, I have also joined various corporate and social events and we have different channels to communicate with the senior management and people in the industry. These activities definitely broaden my horizon and build up my personal network.

I am now working as Account Manager in Claims Services. This fast track program helps building my confidence at work and allows me to grow outside my comfort zone. It provides a lot of chances to prepare myself for better future and become an all-rounded future leader.”
