In continuation to this Ministry's letters dated 20.08.2016, I am directed to say that the Medical Council of India has conducted assessment of your college as per conditions of conditional permission granted in the year 2016-17 and recommended to confirm the Letter of Permission granted in 2016-17 for establishment of Medical College in the name of Maheshwara Medical College, Medak. The Central Government has decided to accept the recommendation of MCI and hereby convey its approval for confirmation of LoP granted in 2016-17. The MCI is being requested to return the additional Bank Guarantee of Rs. 2.00 Crore to the College.

5. Discrepancies, if any, may be immediately brought to the notice of MCI and the Central/Stat.e Government.

4. Admissions made In violation of the above conditions will be treated as irregular and action will be initiated under IMC Act & Regulations made thereunder.

3. The Government Medical College (except those located in J&K, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana States) shall contribute 15% of MBBS seats for which the renewal permission is granted for all India quota.

2. The permission is valid for one year and for admitting only one batch of ( 50 students during the academic session 2017-18. The next batch of 150 students in MBBS course will be admitted in the college only after permission of Central Government for renewaVrecognition.
