I. Brief introduction of our comapny
Set up in 1998, We Beston (Henan) Machinery Co., Ltd is the professional company which researches and manufactures
the waste tire, plastic pyrolysis plant and oil refinery plant with more than 15 years’ experience. We have unique
technology for increasing the oil output, reducing the fuel consumption and ensuring no burns or explode during the
production. We are producing three kinds of machine as following:
Waste Tire/Plastic Pyrolysis plant;
Our equipment can process the waste tires or the plastics into oil in normal pressure. In general 2.5 ton waste tires or
waste plastics can get 1 ton oil, and the oil through the distillation can get diesel and gasoline. There is no pollution to
the air, the system not only can solve the waste tires pollution in your country but also can bring much profit for you.

Fully enclosed Carbon black discharging system
1. Under high temperature: this design able to prevent carbon black pollution or flying out during discharging.
2. Carbon black can be stored in carbon black tank or conveyed anywhere according to users' need .
Energy conservation and low cost on operation:
1. Special covers of the reactors can keep hot during the heating in good efficiency as well as the direct heating
system to save energy and cost.
2. The combustible gas will be recycled to the heating system
Security:
1. Equipped with anti-explosion device, safety valves, emergency valves, pressure and temperature meters, vacuum
pump, as well as the alarming system.
2. Adopting automatic submerged welding-arc technology
3. All of the weldings will be detected by the ultrasonic nondestructive testing method.
Environmental-friendly:
1. Exhaust gas By means of full combustion in water seal and gas burner of safety devices, the pollution of exhaust
gas shall be eliminated and a large amount of fuel shall be saved.
2. Waste liquid Faintly acid waste water shall produce in the course of treatment of oil products (about 30 kg waste
water each ton material, small volume and tractable); after neutralization by adding faintly alkaline liquor, the
neutral waste water shall be harmless with three-grade filtration and be discharged into special evaporation
processor to vapor (heat source is the flue residual heat of main processor).

the cooling down).
