Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients•1-1/2 cups cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookie crumbs•2 tablespoons butter, melted•4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened•1-1/4 cups sugar•1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream•1 teaspoon vanilla extract•3 eggs, lightly beaten•9 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped•1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves•TOPPING:•6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped•1/3 cup heavy whipping cream•Fresh raspberries and whipped cream, optional

Directions•Place a greased 9-in. springform pan on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square). Securely wrap foil around pan. Combine cookie crumbs and butter; press onto the bottom of prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Valentine Brownies Recipe

Ingredients•1 package fudge brownie mix (13-inch x 9-inch pan size)•1/2 cup butter, softened•1-1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar•1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract•1/4 cup baking cocoa

Directions•Prepare and bake brownie mix according to package directions for fudge-like brownies. Cool completely on a wire rack. • Meanwhile, in a small bowl, cream the butter, confectioners’ sug-ar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Place in a heavy-duty resealable plastic bag; cut a small hole in a corner of bag; set aside. • Line a baking sheet with waxed paper. Dust with cocoa; set aside. Cut brownies into 15 rectangles. Using a 1-1/2-in. heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out a heart from the center of each brownie. Reserve cutout centers for another use. Place brownies on prepared baking sheet. Pipe frosting into centers of brownies. Yield: 15 brownies.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a large bowl, lightly cream the margarine and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in yogurt and vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Yield: 4 dozen.

Peach Pudding Recipe

Ingredients•1/4 cup peach or apricot gelatin•1/2 cup hot milk•1-1/2 cups cold milk•1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix•Sliced fresh peaches and whipped topping, optional

Directions•In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in hot milk; set aside. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat cold milk and dry pudding mix on low speed for 2 minUtes. beat in gelatin mixture. Let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon into individual .
