• To hook up your monitor, take the cable that leads from the monitor that has the colored head and plug it in to the port on the back of the computer that is the same color. (see pictures below)

• To connect your keyboard properly, find the cord that is connected to the keyboard that has the colored plug. Then connect it to the port of the same color on the computer.(as shown below)

• To hook the mouse to the computer, take the cord that is connected to the mouse that has the colored plug and plug it in to the port of the same color. ( see illustrations below)

• To connect the power cord, take the cord that has the wall plug on it and hook it in to the spot in the back of the computer.

• When connecting the speakers, take the cord connected to the speakers that has the end that resembles a headphone plug that has a colored head. Then plug it in the port that is the same color as the plug. (as shown above)

How to Connect the PrinterHow to Connect the Printer(optional) (optional)

One thing to remember when hooking up the printer is that different printers have different cords. If your printer has a USB cable it will be connected in the green box. If it has a regular printer cable it will be connected in the red box. (shown to the right)

are connected in the USB port on the back of the computer. The picture to the left will show where the USB port is located. Some computers have 2 or more USB ports so find the one that fits your camera.
