Event Cost: $35 per ticket or $280 for a Table of 8. Event attendees must be 18 or older.Tickets include 1 set of 3 cards for all 20 games,1 Bingo Dauber.

Appetizers, and 2 Drink Tokens for drink of choice.

Add'I single game strips of 3 cards per game are $1 eachAdd'l packet of 3 cards for all 20 games = $10 each

There will also be Gift Basket raffles, a 50/50 drawing, & more for an add`l charge.

Evergreen Manor is sponsoring a Designer Purse Bingo Fundraising Event onSaturday, February 25, 2017 at the Montpelier Eagles. (The event details are on thereverse side of this sponsorship request form). Bingo attendees must be 18 or over.

We are asking area businesses if they could help sponsor the event in one or more ofthe following ways to help make this a great event! One half of all proceeds from theevent will go to the 2017 Williams County Relay for Life & the other half of the proceedswill go to the Evergreen Manor Resident Activities Fund.
