In December we met with the team to analyze our process
How do we do human-centered design?(How do we understand deeply the users pains, needs,
questions, confusions, panics and scenarios?)
How do we include user research in the agile development-centered design process?
+
How do we get user research to serve every time UX designers must make decisions? Not at the beginning of each project (using a lot of time!) in a very intellectual but
very useless way?
So, the question is: How do we include researchers in the IT team?
How do we get to boost creativity in order to solve users actual problems the best possible way?
How do we get the team not to be frustrated when final decisions are different from the ideas they have
proposed?
How do we get the designers’ ideas and solutions to be actually useful and feasible?
How do we achieve that those with the strongest character don’t always impose their ideas?
How do we get to ensure the quality of the prototypes, including usability testing?
WHAT HAPPENEDTO THE USER
INTERACTING WITH THE INTERFACE
WHAT THE USERINTERPRETED
ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED
WHAT THE USERSAYS ABOUT
THE INTERACTION
(when we analyze usability we observe users interacting and getting frustrated with the interface)
How do we get to move forward quickly?
What is the Design Sprint method and why do I think it’s interesting?

design sprint: 1 week
Design Sprint proposes doing User Research in a split and specific way at the beginning of each sprint
Example: 40% of people - who call to the contact center - can’t read spanish.
Example: people don’t understand the “double account concept”.

questions
Design Sprint proposes methodologically ideating by using specific techniques, both creativity and consensus
wise - always including the interdisciplinary team.
