ATV/SNOWMOBILE TRAFFIC ALONG BALL STREET. THIS HAS
ADDRESS LANDOWNER SAFETY CONCERNS RELATED TO
CONNECTION BETWEEN BALL STREET AND T.H. 169 TO
UPDATED LAYOUT TO REMOVE THE PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN
LIGHTING, AND ACCESS CLOSURE
