BUSINESS
With my experience in fashion and graphic design, I believe I can offer a strong skill set. Whether it be sophisticated, practical and innovative styles for the menswear industry or a visually engaging lookbook to showcase a new collection.
My style is made up of classic pieces all put together to create a timeless look. My wardrobe consists of polos, buttoned shirts, neutral coloured pants and suede desert boots to bring it all together. When I am not designing I am working on my business, going to the gym and trying to be the best version of myself possible.

PRINTDESIGN
Textile design is a great skill I have come to learn. Being able to take inspiration
from anything and turn it into an engineered or repeating print. I think what I like most is the fact that there are no rules, the boundaries are limitless as to what you can create.
Although complex detailed prints are interesting to look at, I believe the more simple prints are easier on the eye and work better for garments.
At this point in time I am more confident in Illustrator than Photoshop when designing prints. By expanding my knowledge in Photoshop, I will be able to utilise the programs advantages.
TECHPACKS
With my skill set, I offer comprehensive knowledge on how to construct technical and
specification packs.
In this subject I chose to design a collection for G-Star. Three of my designed garments were required to come with tech and spec packs. Here I learned the detailed thought processes necessary to produce tech packs, as they are an instruction manual for the manufacturer.
BRANDING Probably one of the most important parts of the fashion industry to me, is the branding. Creating the brand
identity that you desire has so many key factors to consider such as; your values, brand essence and collateral. If any of these factors do not work together cohesively then the brand image may be perceived differently by your customer.
While I thoroughly enjoy deconstructing a well established label to discover what makes them successful. The development of my own brand is a challenging, yet rewarding experience.

INSPIRATION
looking around the world today at finished projects in fashion, architecture and engineering, all
of them started with an idea and an inspiration. It is exciting to realise that you can take something existing and transform it into something new.
Most of my own inspiration originates from observing other cultures, nature, and architecture. I believe these three things offer endless opportunity for creation.
When creating mood-boards I attempt to make them visually exciting and clear so others can understand my ideas.
GARMENTCONSTRUCTION
My first year of this course, we were asked to design and construct a garment
together with a photoshoot and a collection. This was the first piece of womenswear that I have ever made, created from a silk and wool blend combined with satin binding, a mandarin collar, invisible zip and pressed stud embellishments.
Although my intentions for the future are focused on menswear, I still found this project a very rewarding and educational experience.
Womenswear Range
Currently I am creating a menswear outfit which consists of white cuffed pants with a caramel wool jacket.
