* Remodeled neglected and existing Parks & Recreation facility near Los Gatos for an upcoming cultural center by preparing (e) and (n) site and floor plans, schematic design, programming, building costs, code research, materials research, 3D models and interior 3D perspectives with ArchiCAD * Coordinated advertisements for deserving donations and selling of unnecessary heavy/worn out furniture * Personally refurbished existing and donated furniture * Debuted project on CreaTV * Recognized by the San Jose Mayor, Chuck Reed, at their Grand Opening in August 2009 for my workTRANSCRIPT
