CANAAN CAPITAL

The Canaan Capital office building is one of ALIGN’s val-ued projects as it is utilizes simple geometries to create a complex, dynamic design. The vibrant facade design was born from the sleek screen that embraces the building.

THE FISH MARKET

“-A nation raised throughout the centuries on hardship, nomads on the land...fishermen at the sea. -A ship sails into the horizon gushing the sea surface, carrying bold men in search of its gems. -The waves created whispers the dialogue between man and the sea. -The waves are the lyrics of the poem written by the sea and men called survival and respect.”-The Old Man and the Sea.

The CONCEPT is creating an iconic building on the old harbor “invisirung”, the waves created by men on their ships throughout their journey in the sea.

The CONCEPT was to respect the natural formation of land and sea.By adapting to the natural curves of mother nature bumps we managed to acheive an exotic classy design with mini-mum digging and filling regarding the cost while focusing on the architectural image we are determined to paint.Giving almost all unites the maximum view over the wide sea as possible, providing all other mainframe services to the maximum comfotr as well.

ASAT ALUMINUM FACTORY

We were commissioned to design the architecture of the factory.This factory forms part of a larger engineering complex. The linear, geometric lines were chosen to compliment the remainder of the facility.

Bringing new thinking to Saudi Arabia was our target. We were committed to venture a new style of architecture to the premises.We thought of introducing a hint of the english victorian style with a touch of radiant present colors along with a variant of classic details.

Creating a compound that combines simplicity and luxuri-ous feel was the challenge. We were determined to shape up the simple modern lines to create a unique experience for the naked eye.Along with an exotic club house that provide both open-ness and privacy alike.

The challenge was to creat the image of a refreshing island among clear-lined building blocks.Focusing on the water and green aspects we were able to create an amazing feeling that attracts all age groups to the center of the residential blocks.

The club House inside Ashgar Darna compound was our target. We were comitted to creat a unique design with multiple uses. Gym, Kindergatrden, Cafe and more were combined together in a comfortable design to serve all purposes equally.

We were required to design a themed residential complex in Al Gouna. We have made a couple of options featuring different themes for the design.This was the option i’ve been developing, sadly i’ve left the firm before completeing the mission.

Align highlights the importance of providing individuality for users whether it be an apartment or a villa, as such we emphasize the importance of dynamic designs in apart-ment buildings as they provide each apartment with its own separate identity, as is shown in this particular proj-ect.

The choice of materials and color scheme are an essential tool within our designs as they not only aid in creating an ambiance that suits the client but adds to the warmth of the home as well. The integration of wood in the villa helps in creating a more earthy feel to the sleekness of the modern lines of the house.
