PROJECT CHALLENGESImperial College London has made a keyappointment and required a London residentialbase. The identified building is listed within aconservation area and in multi-use occupation.
The Imperial College Estates Projects Teamselected Quest Interiors as the principalcontractor for this high profile, fast-trackproject. The Project Team included QuestInteriors from stage C concept design to ensureall required buildability and tendering wasco-ordinated with the design.
The project construction included space planning and the internal relocation of theoccupants of the central internal office, torelease the floor for the main works to createthe apartment. The construction required bothinternal support and external access scaffoldingand noisy working restrictions needed to bemanaged in this high profile occupied building.
