    Source Four is pleased to announce its 4th Annual cant-miss event, enriching thedesign industry through connecting Colorado creatives and raising awareness oflocal design organizations.

    If you are in the design industry and are interested in showcasing your artwork please readthrough this document and fill out the form below. Please return it and examples of your artworkto Crystal Nodsle

    Event Date: Friday, August 9th, 2013Time: 5pm-8pmLocation: Source Four, 753 Kalamath St, DenverParking: Free event parking on the southwest corner of Kalamath and 7th and additional

    free street parking on cross streets.

    Event Details:

    1. Supporting local non-profitThis year Design-A-Palooza will be supporting Art Reach Denver, a local non-profit providingaccess to the arts for underserved and at-risk people of all ages.

    2. Art ShowThe art show provides the opportunity for members and potential members of designorganizations to showcase their hidden talents outside of their profession. Display areas will beassigned by Source Four and will be dispersed throughout three showrooms.

    3. Guidelines/RulesThis document is the official sign-up form to request entry in the art show. A committee willdetermine what artists are chosen to participate. The cost to participate is $20 and is due uponconfirmation of your acceptance as one of the events artists. This is a non-refundable feeunless the event is cancelled. A name plate will be displayed next to the art to indicate theartists name.

    Art can be photography, paintings, sculpture, etc. Manufactured products are not allowed.If items are for sale, prices are determined by the artist. Cash, check, credit or other forms ofmonetary transactions will be between the artist and the buyer.

    4. Critical DeadlinesJune 17: Call For Entries form dueJune 24: Selected artists will be contacted to participate in showAugust 5: Artists to drop off artwork (unless other arrangements have been made)August 9: Event

    The day of schedule will be created closer to the event and distributed to artists.
