Twenty-four meter.Found this painted sign in an old factory. What they painted in red letters,

24 meter, is to show the height above the ground.

Love this image for it's simplicity and the beautiful light that strikes the

concrete wall.

Barred windows.These wired figured double windows with protective bars I have found in an

old factory. The glass is so thick that hardly any light was able to shine

through. For a photographer though it gives a nice diffuse light.

Tunnel vision.Huge brick chimneys belonging to a production facility. This was a former

massive coal washing plant as part of the coal mining industry.

Giant water cooling basin. Makes you dizzy when you experience the

overwhelming sizes of the surrounding.

Image shot on a very dark cloudy and rainy day. No color to be seen but

these are my favorite days to shoot photos. This image came out great as a

black and white photo as the dark sky and the factory are dominant.

Coal washing plant silos.Silos belong to a huge coal washing plant. Factory has stopped it’s

production as coal mining has stopped. These are the relics of the past.

Electro engine.An old and not more used electric motor. Found this in a huge factory that

has closed down.

Clearly everything you see in this manufacturing plant is a relics of the past

industry.
