State the important abiotic factors
All different kind of deserts have different temperatures. In the summer the temperature could reach from 20 degrees to 25 degrees. But in the extreme weather the temperature could be reached to 49 degrees Celsius in the summer season whilst it reaches to -2 degrees Celsius in winter season.
State the resources like minerals, oil
and medicinal plants that may be found
there. There are many plants that may be
found in the desert. The plants that are in the desert are Cottonwood, saguaro, Desert Lupine, and many more.
How has science helped to discover the resources that we
can use. They scientists made it to use the
resources more benefits for our lives. For example ‘wind, to produce electricity and oil to make fuels, plastics, and medicines.
Describe a few human activities that
affect your biome. (In relation to use of
resources). Why are they being done? There is nothing that is affecting the desert.
But cutting off trees in the desert will probably cause global warming.

How has use of natural resources
affected the environment? Oil is taken out from very deep
underground. It give’s energy to a lot of things like ‘Electricity, run cars, factories, and many more. But this energy comes from burning the oil which results smokes which pollutes the air and it affects all other live creatures.
