Physician ServicesThe Physician Services team is responsible for the recruitment and retention of exemplary medical talent to southwest Michigan. We are here to answer your questions and give you the support you need because we want ensure you have the best experience at Lakeland Health.
We are here and available at your convenience – on-site at the hospital, over the phone, via email, or at your office.
What We Do for You:
• Establish and maintain continuous communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits
• Coordinate events and other networking opportunities
• Introduce you to senior leaders and administration
• Provide updates about new programs and services at Lakeland Health
• Keep you engaged with our culture
• Lead new provider orientation
• Recruit new physicians and advanced practitioners
• Work collaboratively with service line leaders and practices to gather feedback on patient care
