Three (3) assembled packages from each iteration were simultaneously placed on a rotary vibration table platform having 25.4 mm peak-to-peak displacement and vibrated in normal shipping orientation for one (1) hour at 235 CPM such that a 1.6 mm thickness could be passed between the bottom of the samples and the platform. Immediately thereafter, the packages were removed from the platform and turned on its side for examination.

Changes in retest frequency are subject to the approval of the Associate Administrator for Hazardous Materials Safety.
