• Faculty in the department are performing outstanding, and are working hard to

accomplish the desired goal of the institution.

• Work in equally distributed among the faculty member according to there

competence.

• All our General Elective course is having a good strength of students from

different departments.

• Coordinators for file and profile management is designated.

• New guidelines for Research is made with the team of PhD faculty and Research Scholars of the department.

• One Coordinator is responsible for crafting the profiles of the faculty and also is looking into the completion of all the necessary documentation for NAAC.

• Placements are very nicely managed by the team of teachers as the department is well connected with tourism industry with 100% Placements.

Suggestions

• From the next semester one staff will be needed with specialization in

tourism and travel sector.

• We can discontinue the BA Tourism course as we have an honors course of

BBA TTM.

• Integrated 5 Years MBA TTM Program

• Guest faculty lectures are needed, and list is of Internal and External guests

are ready according to subject needs.

• Develop students into team player, innovative and competent professionals, focusing on creativity and dissemination of value based knowledge.

• To establish and focus on researches and projects on the flagship course of the organisation and support the government initiatives at the same time in compliance with rural, spiritual and health based tourism.
