Questions and Comments
• Recommendation:>Find the project proposed in the agenda report
to be categorically exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA);
>Find the portion of the project consisting of installation of a natural barrier on the west side of the channel, to separate archery from other park uses, is also within the scope of the City’s February 2, 2015 approval for the Lower Arroyo Archery Range;
>Accept the bid dated November 17, 2015, submitted by RECON Environmental, Inc.
