TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The following addenda to the plans shall be inserted and made a part of your proposal for the referenced project. SPECIAL PROVISIONS: Please remove the Special Provisions checklist and replace with

attached Special Provisions checklist revised 2/13/18. “Special Provision for Flexible Pavement Smoothness” dated 7/21/15 was removed.

Please add the “Special Provision for Alternate Bidding”, dated 2/13/18 before the “Special Provision for Subletting of Contract”, dated 1/16/18.
