Future plans➢ TOT for building capacity of coaches on 10th November
➢ QI workshop at Mulana in IANN conference
➢ Creation of a National QI Nurse Mentor Pool under the NQOCN.
➢ Encourage the dissemination and incorporation of Quality improvement strategies into the existing system of nursing care in India.
➢ Scale up operations across all participating facilities of NQOCN
➢ Involvement of community and parents in improvement work
