Due to poor response, last date for receipt of tenders, invited vide this office tender notice issued vide letter no. AD/FCS&CA/RSI/2019-20/597 dated 18-07-2019 pub- lished in Udaan newspaper on 24-07-2019, State Times newspaper on 25-07-2019 and Daily Excelsior on 20-07-2019 for carriage of food grains from Food Store to different stations of District Reasi for the year 2019-20, is hereby extended upto 20.08.2019. The tender forms, terms and conditions and detail of stations where from/to food grains are to be carried can be obtained from this office on treasury receipt of Rs 100.00 on any working day upto 17-08-2019. The tenders so received shall be opened by the Committee in the office Chamber of the Deputy Commissioner Reasi on 21.08.2019 at 11.00 AM in presence of the tenderes or their authorized represen- tative who wish to be present in the tender opening process.
