2009 Strategy

Strategy has taken a lot of time in 2009

including LBC goals and action plan for 2009-2012

to be revised after input from deans

o Elective courses and sustainability

o PREF and participation in conferences

o Cooperation across groups – how do we (re-) create a ‘research culture’ of openness, curiosity, cooperation?

o Other issues/questions/comments?

All in all

We have come a long way towards achieving our goals:

More people, more quality and more internationalisation Renewed focus on strategy and the future.

But still many challenges and a lot of work ahead of us, especially as regards:
